Step 3 – After that if you are Indian then you have to pay 107 rupees + service tax for PAN application. If your nationality is of another country, then 994 rupees + service tax has to be paid.

After the payment is complete, you will receive an Acknowledgment Number which you can save and keep as it may be required later.
