This meeting will be held for the first time after most of the provisions of Article-370 giving special status to Jammu and Kashmir have been abolished. Explain that the government has divided the state into two union territories. One is Ladakh and the other is Jammu and Kashmir. At the same time, India has installed several hydropower projects in Ladakh since then.
