China’s smartphone maker Oppo said on Friday that a smartphone is manufactured every three seconds in its manufacturing unit spread over 110 acres in Noida. The company said that in order to maintain its supply chain better, materials have been kept in the factory for more than 1.2 million phones. Elvis Zhou, president of Oppo India, said, “With the increasing popularity of Oppo smartphones, we will work more on our manufacturing capabilities to meet the growing demand.” Agility, innovation and creativity will be the keys to success for Oppo India. ”
More than 60 lakh smartphones are made in a month
With more than 10,000 robust functionality, the factory manufactures more than 6 million smartphones a month during the peak season. This manufacturing unit (manufacturing unit) is divided into four parts, which include assembly, SMT (surface mount technology), storage and supply warehouses. The company produces more than 5 crore smartphones in different segments every year at the Noida plant. According to OPPO officials, in the next few months, the company can launch more advanced technology-equipped mobile phones, which will be of different range.
OPPO’s demand in Indian market is high
It is evident that there is a good demand for Oppo’s smartphones in the Indian market. Recently, the company has launched the Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G phone in India. As soon as the launch of this smartphone, it is also reported that the company is going to launch 6 new smartphones this year and all these smartphones will be equipped with 5G connectivity. With this, Oppo has established the first 5G Innovation lab in India. In this lab, emphasis will be on developing technology for 5G mobiles. That is why it is being said that the company can launch both cheap and expensive 5G mobile phones.
