What is Mudra Yojana?
Those who want to start their own business loan, they can take a loan of up to 10 lakh rupees under this scheme. The objective of this scheme is to provide loans from the street vendors to small businesses without any guarantee (collateral). Mudra loans are divided into 3 categories. The first is the Shishu loan, the maximum limit of which is 50 thousand rupees. The second is Kishore Loan, which has a limit of 50 thousand to 5 lakh rupees. The third is Tarun loan, in which you can take a loan up to a maximum of Rs 10 lakh.

Under Mudra, the applicant gets a loan based on his business plan. Therefore, the applicant will have to show a business plan, project report, future income estimation documents. You have to apply to take advantage of the scheme. For this, you can download the loan application form from the scheme’s official website mudra.org.in. There will be three category forms here. Download the form under which category you want to take a loan. Apart from general information in this form, you will also have to tell you about the place of starting a business. A photocopy of the business plan or project report, identification documents such as PAN card, Aadhar card, voter ID card, etc. will have to be submitted along with the form.
If you are going to do a business partnership, then apply documents related to partnership (deed), tax registration, business license etc. After filling the form, you can submit it to any bank. The bank manager will ask you some questions. If the information of the applicant is found correct, a currency debit card will be issued to them within a few days.
