Lisa went through many problems
According to Lisa, who lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, she could not reach work, birthday celebrations, search on Christmas Eve due to Uber drivers. Many times it happened that the drivers refused to take them in the dark, their guide dog in the rain. This happened to him more than 14 times.
Lisa also said that two Uber drivers abused her. These drivers accepted the first ride and canceled it at the last moment. He told that he also complained to Uber about this, but no attention was paid to it. After this, he approached the court and now the court has given a fine of about 8 crores rupees on Uber while passing judgment in his favor.

Regarding this matter, Lisa’s lawyer said that according to American law, where the blind person goes, the guide dog is allowed to be taken. Therefore, the company has directly violated this law. On the contrary, the spokesperson of Uber denied the allegations and said that the drivers using the Uber app are expected to serve the people with their service animals and follow other laws. He further said that Uber regularly trains drivers on this and his team takes every complaint seriously and takes action.
Let us tell you that earlier in 2014, Uber has been accused of discriminating against blind people and their guide dog, in which the company paid 2.6 million US Dollars to settle the case in 2016.
