Piaggio on Friday announced the start of pre-booking of its SXR range scooter, Aprilia SXR 125 (Aprilia SXR 125), before launching it in the domestic market. A statement said that the Aprilia SXR 125 can be pre-booked before launch by paying a token money of Rs 5,000 through the company’s dealership.
Last December, the Italian premium scooter manufacturer introduced the Aprilia SXR 160 in the country. “Our distinguished consumers now have the opportunity to pre-book this latest offering, the Aprilia SXR 125,” said Diego Graffi, Head and Managing Director of Piaggio India. He said that the Aprilia SXR 160 design for India in Italy It was the first scooter done, which has received a lot of appreciation from the Indian market with the new Aprilia design.
Diego Graffi said, “We are now preparing to introduce the SXR 125 to the market.”
The showroom price of the premium scooter Aprilia SXR 160 (Aprilia SXR 160) is Rs 1.26 lakh. The company said in a statement that this scooter can be booked through dealerships across India with an initial amount of Rs 5,000. Apart from this, the option of online booking has also been given on the company’s website.
The company said that this scooter has a single-cylinder 4-stroke engine, which generates a maximum power of 11 PS at 7100 rpm. The fuel tank capacity of this scooter is seven liters. Diego Graffi, head and managing director of Piaggio India, said that this scooter has been designed in Italy and is a symbol of great style, great performance and comfort.
The latest global design of the Italian manufacturer has been given in Aprilia SXR 160. In this, you have been given the new BS-VI 160 cc three valve fuel injected engine which gives torque of 11 hp and 11 nm. Design features include wraparound LED headlamps, LED taillights, full-digital instrument cluster, mobile connectivity options, a longer and larger seat, disc brakes with ABS and signature Aprilia graphics.
